Whhhhaa, finally I can adjust clock frequencies by simple button click 
Few secs & mem/gpu speeds where adjusted so that no artifact appeared throughout tuff DX8/9, OGL tests. No more stone age artifact tester that passes OK, but later bugs appear in sort of snow & corrupted polys in DX8/9.
NICE JOB, though gpu test is still floating in 5Mhz margin
