how can I use the new functions come with Opengl1.4?

the opengl version of my GeforceMX is 1.41,but the opengl32.dll in windows only implement the opengl1.1,how can let my program can use the new functions come with Opengl1.4?

by calling google(“how to use opengl1.4 in windows”) and getting answers like “use it as extensions”, and for your ease “use an extension loading library that loads it all for you”
