For static objects - vertex lightning
For level - lightmap + projective textures.
For dynamic objects - vertex lightning + projective texture

Right ?

Or there's depth shadows ?

Easiest way to tell if it's depth shadow maps is to check if shadows are ever cast through objects or not. If they are, then it's just regular projected shadow maps.
