Environment mapping

Hello

I’d like to use shpere reflections in my program ( with glTexGeni (GL_S,GL_TEXTURE_GEN_MODE,GL_SPHERE_MAP) and glTexGeni(GL_T,GL_TEXTURE_GEN_MODE,GL_SPHERE_MAP)…)
Can somebody show me the necessary steps ?

Look at http://nehe.gamedev.net/opengl.asp ,I think they have a tutorial about OpenGl-Extensions which also deals with Ev-Mapping.
