A demo of a water effect with EMBM is up on my site. Looks pretty cool, spiced up with some sound too. 
It’ll only work on Radeon cards with pretty new (ehm … leaked) drivers.

Have you tested it in Win2K ?
With the latest (3124) drivers, it makes my system crash with a white screen and a nice water sound …
Hmm, it runs for a short time on my Win2K system and then hangs. I’ll have the driver guys take a look.
I disabled anisotropic filtering and now the demo runs.
This may help the driver guys …

Would you mind posting some larger screenshots of your projects? I’m interested in seeing both of them (volumetric lighting and water), but I don’t have a radeon available.

Sure … I’ll fix that tomorrow … I feel a little too drunk rightnn now …
