View Full Version : texture_env_combine issue with constant color

Hi

After some tests iīve come to the conclusion, that it is not possible to access the constant color on another texture unit than the first (that means TU0).

On all other texture-units i get wrong results (usually black).

This is on a Gf 4 with the latest drivers.

Is this an extension-restriction? I didnīt find anything about it in the spec. And it is a big problem for me!

Each texture unit has its own constant color.

Yeah, thatīs great!

Now it works. Man, i really didnīt think of that possibility.

just the good old TNT2 has just one constant because of a hardware restriction http://www.opengl.org/discussion_boards/ubb/wink.gif, at first i thought it was my fault but then one of the nv guys here around stated that
