Is glslang on its way?

Im pretty excited about the latest spec for glslang to be released. And after reading the minutes of the December meeting of the ARB i thought that it might almost be here. As i understand it they were planning to release it as an extension for opengl. And i havn’t heard about the minutes of this month. Do you think they are almost done with it?

  • glslang vote expected by ARB at or before March 2003 ARB meeting
  • language and extensions to be rolled into OpenGL this summer, Siggraph 2003 deadline
