I want to build a virtual fish tank which has transparent glass wall. In tank , I also want to build water surface and little water wave. Finally, a four joints virtual fish would be built.
Do you have some similar sample to build such thing?

You can search nvidias demoes for a water simulation. There is one called greatwaterdemo The code isnt all that good but it works with the right parameters.
About the fish, there are many ways to animate a model. Just google for it.
