wglChoosePixelFormatARB failed if I try to create pbuffer with both WGL_BIND_TO_TEXTURE_RGBA_ARB and WGL_SAMPLE_BUFFERS_ARB flags.

I try it on fx5900 and r9800.

What's wrong?
