Can someone that understands the diference between these two chips, explain to me the diference between them? Those one has more extension available than the other? Is it speed?
For example i find that the
3D Prophet II Ge-Force 2 MX 32Mb is much cheaper than the V7700 Deluxe Ge Force 2 GTS
In brief, the difference seems to be the same
as that between TNT2 and VANTA. While the
operations supported are the same, the memory
bandwidth is much slower (like, half) on the
cheaper part, and thus textured output will
be generated much slower.
