More than you can shake a stick at, (not all free)

For low level 3D graphics implementation of the OpenGL API you can get Mesa or the SGI Standard Implementation, for higher level stuff you should check out Open Scene Graph:

For simple stuff like small texture mapping rasterizers for example, you can find them on the 3D engines list (along with just about anything else you might want to look for).
