Which is the most common program to create .md3 files?
Well, many people use, Milkshape 3D from chumbalosoft, because it’s a shareware (30 days or something) and costs only 20$.
People that can afford it, use 3D Studio Max (id created the models with that) but it’s very expensive.
I use Milkshape 3D.
