Where can i get OpenGL 1.2 for the MSVS C++;
why do we have to wait until MS provides it ?
isn`t it system independent (why dont we just use the libraries etc. from another company (e.g IBM))

in software, you cant, in HW it comes with your video card.

cause there a-holes, and don’t bother waiting they will never provide it.

the (spec/(user level code)) may be independant, but a particular implementation is far from it.
