How can I program OpenGL on 3G Cell Phones, do Nokia, Motorola, support OpenGL?

Does anyone use OpenGL for wireless games on hi-specs cell phones? maybe in Europe and Japan?

There is a Nokia 7650 hi-specs mobile phone coming out in May/June 2002. It supports C++ and Java graphics. Maybe it is possible to run a software-only 3D engine on it.

Actually, some companies are developing 3d engines for mobile platform using a OpenGL-like or Java3D-like graphics libraries.

for example, ANFY TEAM www.anfyteam.com, (http://www.anfyteam.com,)
or Fathammer's X-Forge 3d engine for Smart-phones or 3G phones.

That's cool, make your own graphics program on a cell phone. But the display is a bit small of a 3D application. What do you think?
