FPS, profiling, glut

Hi. I was just reading a posting from fernando. I heard mention about ‘FPS’. Is this a way to profile?

Right now, I’m using the glut library, which includes a call to glutMainLoop(), which messes things up for profiling the normal way in the Visual Studio.

How are you guys (Zed, Fernando) profiling?

Is there a way to do this using the glut Library?

Huuumm my english is not very well! I don’t undestood your question hatemagnet, but FPS means Frames Per Second, that is how many sprites the PC is able to show in 1 second!!!

Sorry Fernando…I thought because there was mention of timing, that you guys were talking about profiling.
