Searching for texture mapped fonts

Do You know where to find some texture mapped fonts? It’s hard to find this type of fonts

From looking at that screenshot, it looks like it may be hard to use, since the fonts are not evenly spaced. I have found this program to be useful: http://www.lmnopc.com/bitmapfontbuilder/
