If this is for Windows, the latest files are v1.1, but you use extensions to access the post v1.1 functionality from the hardware/driver. So, it is definitely possible to get full v1.4 and beyond functionality. Read about extensions in FAQs section of home page of this site. If for other platform, I dunno. Look in the download section of main page of site.
