GEForce2 MX Board

I would like to run two applications at the same time from a single machine (Windows ME or Linux)to two monitors. The GEForce2 MX has a twin view capability, but how do I set up the video memory mapping or whatever for each application. Does this require a special driver? I tried running each program inside a window, but performance was zilch. Around 1 frame a second. There has to be a better way! I hope.

2nd question: Where can one find some benchmarks to measure performance or “How do I know if my board is really accelerated”?

thanks

Either you are rendering too much stuff, or did something that’s causing your card to run in software mode. One obvious thing is NOT to run in 24 bpp.

There are benchmarking tools like Tirtanium and GLmark. GLmark is on opengl.org right column bottom area
