Whats a good beginner Opengl book?

I’m just learning OpenGL myself and would recommend the RedBook - OpenGL Programming Guide. This book deals with learning the inner workings of OpenGL and is great to use, but doesn’t have that many examples. This is the current book assigned to me through my computer graphics class in college. A good book to compliment it is the OpenGL Game Programming from the guys at gamedev.net. All though, quite a lot of the examples can be found online from neon helium and the like websites, it does cover a lot of topics with examples in a single volume.

Definetly the Red Book, if you want examples go to neon helium (NeHe.gamedev.net).

You can download the red book for free, just do a search for RedBook.pdf
