It’s working all ok here.
After gamedev moved the servers, all I have been getting is huge delays. It does pop up, but it takes a long time for me. 
The message boards take 4+ mins just to load, (and that is for last 2 day messages). So I usually try to load the page, while I do something else. 
Before the switch, the servers were very fast, and so was the message board.
