Do you mean drivers for you video card or lib’s for programming?
You can get the GL video drivers from the maker of your video card.
Depending on the compiler you are using, you already have them, just need to add the lib files to your linker settings.

yes drivers for my video card that would run wolfenstein 3d.
Usually there is a GL driver that will run anything that uses GL
