I just want to make a big cube and inside this big cube i want to have a small cube and a cylinder. I also want to make them interactive(i mean i want to change there position also).I am a new one in this field and i need your helps.

Sure best way to start is by looking at some tutor programs on openGL.
A good place to start is nehe.gamedev.net he goes through making objects and mouse/keyboard input.
