I want to know if i thonk about opengl is true, I think opengl is free, so i can use it for make comercial and no comecial applications, is that true?

OpenGL itself is not free, but you are free to use it for any kind of application, you will not have to pay any money for developing an application with it.
There person that use your application will have to get a videocard to use your application and that’s where they get their money.
If you are looking for a free/open source version of OpenGL (source included and you can modify it if you want to) then you can get that to, have a look at Mesa.

Companies like nVIDIA or ATi buy openGL licenses so they can offer openGL support.
Developers don’t need to buy anything (except a video cardwith gl support
