Why do you want to use glaux ? Use glut ! it’s much more portable, it’s as simple to use as glaux, and it offers more functions. The only point in favor of glaux is that it’s able to read bmp files… But it you want a bmp loader you can find it easily on the internet !

Plz, where can I find this loader you are talking about?
I wish to be able to load textures of any file format but I don’t want to learn all of these format. I used the “auxDIBImageLoad” function from that NeHe tutorial. It’s great but my main goal is to load texutres from a resource file. And I think it’s possible only if I load the data myself.
I don’t want to spend much time on that problem.
