Where are the OpenGL 2.0 redbook examples?

The following only has up to OpenGL 1.4.

I'm not sure if there is any OpenGL V2 Redbook stuff for free like there is 1.4. I've been looking all over for it myself as I'm interested in looking into point sprites.
