The topic is self explanatory. Whats the diffrence?

And the answer is also easy :
mainly the modeler is where you create the "shapes" and the engine is what displays the "shapes", of course a modeler also needs an engine (is quite difficult to draw something with nothing on video).

A modeler is the aplication that you use to create models and the engine is composed by a set of functions that powers the aplication.
