initialization failure ddraw.dll

I got initialization failure ddraw.dll when I call SetPixelFormat.

Any advice will be appreciated.

Sounds wacky, what OS is this 98/98SE Me 2k or XP ?

Do you have any problems with other OpenGL applications or do they work ok ?

How do you get the error, are we talking GetLastError return codes or does a dialog box pop up ?
