Render Engine

I am in the process of constructing a multipurpose render engine for video games.

I don’t know how to go about it using Opengl since i dont even know weather scan line rendering is already part of opengl.

And i need to know what a good but modest real time renderer will need to have.

and if possible some sites that go through the construction ar give lectures on realtime renderers (apart from realtimerendering.com)

You should probably learn a little bit of OpenGL first then you’ll at least know some basics.
