OpenGL support is all ready shipped with XP, but you may need to download the lastest openGL video drivers. The openGL video drivers are written by the video card makers, you may find that the openGL video drivers are package along with the direct-X installation package.
Example ATI driver download includes both direct-X and openGL drivers.
