Your advice : PPL vs Dynamic Lightmapping ?

Next, do you think that it’s possible to use Dynamic Lightmapping instead of Per Pixel Lightning or it’s more powerfull to use LightMapping for static Light and Per Pixel Lightning for Dynamic Light.
