Open GL and 3D Labs Oxygen GVX1 Grafic Card

I’d like to use programms based on OpenGL 1.2 on my GVX1 Grafic Card. My problem is, 3DLabs are only supported a driver with an 1.1.28 Open GL version.
Is there any way to update the OpenGl Version?
