i have seen a previous post on this but have uninstalled and reinstalled 8+ times. what is the problem???

Hi there. You need to check the manufacturer of your video card, and download the driver for that specific card. Example I have a Geforce 2 MX400…it is made by powercolor…so I HAVE to have ‘powercolor’s’ driver or I get the same error.

They error messages clearly indicates that its a problem with the freaking soundspacks you both have installed
