Well I was running into the same problem… .well sort of… I have games that are using
some of the new OpenGL stuff. And my AUS drivers for OpenGL (I have the V6800
Deluxe (32 DDR) version) we out of date.

I have been trying for a week to get “B-17 Flying Fortresss: Mighty 8th” to work.

I grabbed a small application called ‘glsetup.exe’ from here or from ‘www.glsetup.com’.

And then let it go to work, sure enough, it fixed my problems (but caused new ones).

The problems it did fix, updated my driver and OpenGL files. My games now work
great … including B-17…

The problems, it replaced my ASUS multimedia controls for the card (TV Out option,
3D Glasses, etc.)

I am still waiting to resolve that problem.

But if you do not have anything besides the videocard (no video editing, 3D Glasses
etc.), then I would suggest you download the ‘glsetup.exe’ and let it update your
graphic card drivers / OpenGL drivers.

That should get you back on track.
