How do I know if my card has full OpenGL2 support?
How do I know if my card is compatible with OpenGL2?

Is there something called OpenGL3? If, is there any card that support it?

If the GL version is 2.0, it supports it but some things may be done in software.
Geforce 5200 and up and Radeon 9500 and up come close to full support. Recent 3Dlabs cards also.

There is no GL 3. GL 2.0 came out recently.
