I FORMATTED WINDOWS BUT NONE OF TE GAMES R RUNNING NOW B4 FORMATTING EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT
WHENEVER I TRY RUN A GAME IT ASKS ME FOR d3dx9_26.dll OR IT GIVES ME ERROR CANT CREATE DIRECT3D9 INTERFACE

d3dx9_26.dll is a DLL from a Microsoft DX9 SDK (_26 should be from April 2005 or so).
Obviously it’s missing on your installation.
Games built with that DX SDK version should have installed that file either in their local program folders or in the windows system32 folder. If they installed it into the system folder you wiped it by formatting your windows partition.
You need to reinstall your applications if they have been on a different harddrive than your system.
just install latest directx and don’t shout
