I have the latest v3 drivers (not the win2k standard drivers), and when I run Alice it has a problem with Open GL.
Anyone know how to get OpenGL running under win2k? glsetup won’t run as it isn’t a 9x machine

Well this isn’t going to help you but (a) Alice performs poorly on 16-bit cards like the Voodoo 3, (b) most OpenGL games perform worse in win2k than in win9x anyway. There may not be a simple fix for your problem.
