I hope someone can help. AutoCAD and Rhinocerous (a 3D modeling app) crash unexpectedly. It usually happens while panning or rotating the view. I dont know a heck of alot about hardware acceleration, rendering and all that stuff, but it seems to me that it is a card issue. I have installed updated drivers and software service packs, but to no avail. No one has been able to help me on any other forum. Autodesk (AutoCAD) just tells me to move my hardware acceleration slider to none - I dont think so! Here is my system specs:
Win 98SE
AutoCAD 2000
Rhinocerous 2.0
AMD Athlon XP 1900
Gigabyte GA-7VTXH MOBO
256mg DDR Ram
Geforce 2 64mg DDR
Intelliomouse optical 5-button mouse
