Call of Duty TV-Out

I’m running my GF4 Ti4600 on my TV only, no monitor hooked up. I have the newest Detonator driver installed. I get the “Could not load OGL Subsystem” error with all Q3 engine games unless I go into safe mode and change the resolution to <= 800x600. When I run Call of Duty in safe mode it still launches at 1024x768 so I get the error. The config files are loaded after the OGL subsystem so I don’t know of a way to change this. +seta r_customwidth and +seta r_customheight don’t seem to be doing anything. Here’s the console log from launching safe mode.

Could not load OpenGL. Make sure that you have the latest drivers for your video card from the manufacturer’s web site.

If you have any suggestions please help, thanks.
