what directory to install openGL in?

in what directory do i have to install OpenGL. I’ve got the same problem als many people have (Wolfenstein, Quake 3 etc., but also other games that don’t work) I think I just need to install OpenGL, but i don’t know in what directory…

Can someone tell me?
