I have a Ti4200 Aopen video card.
I cant find the Open GL file on their website.
Can someone please tell me where and what should I download in order to have Open GL?

There isn’t an installer for GL it’s self. What you need is the latest drivers from Nvidia, available here
Just choose “Graphics Driver” from the box, then “Geforce/TNT”, then select what OS you have.
