Cannot Load OpenGL

I have been playing CoD and CoD: UO, but recently, it doesn’t work.

I am using GForce MX420 with WINXP and P4 2.4GHz
Please help. I’ve been reinstalling and uninstalled many times and seems it comes out with the same result

This is the code that gives me:

Could not load OpenGL. Make sure that you have the latest drivers for your video card from the manufacturer’s web site.

If it worked before you have to ask yourself what you changed in the meantime. Did you install some other software lateley? Matlab for example?

I have the same problem. Call of Duty and Medal of Honor used to work properly and after I installed Matlab I’ve been experiencing problems with OpenGL, that is it’s no longer working. Can the problem be related to Matlab?!? Why is it that? By the way, I have also reinstalled all video card drivers…

Yeah its matlab. Matlab installs a webserver by default that forces the generic MS OpenGL software renderer to kick in, disable the service and you should be good to go.
