opengl with counterstrike

hi!

i can’t really figure this out…
ive ran glsetup everything worked fine, i guess… then now i have no idea what to do to use opengl with counterstrike.

nVidia Riva 128

Go to your counter-strike configuration, click video, and than video modes, click on the the tab OpenGL and click which setting you perfer to have it as your resolution, if you try to go in the game, and it says “This selected OpenGL mode is not supported by your video card”, than try the lower resolutions, if that doesn’t work, it means flat out you dont have OpenGL

ok i do that but the gameplay is like white-ish. the color is not normal, they are all shades of white.

all i downloaded was glsetup. do i need to download n e thing else?

do i need to put any .dll’s in my cstrike folder?

thx a lot

Click Start / Run.
Type “win.ini” (without quotes) and press OK.
Search for a line that says “DVA=0” (without the quotes).
Add a semicolon ( before the DVA (the line should now look like this: “;DVA=0” (without quotes))
Save and close the file
If you find this causes more problems, just take out the semicolon.

yea i cant find DVA=0
