OpenGL not working (win98) - possible solution

i think i know what´s the problem: i don´t have this regystrykeys:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/OPenGLdrivers

atio9xag atio9xag.dll´ atio9xxxatio9xxx.dll´

if the last one is missing, the opengl-driver doesn´t work.(i know this from a website)
in fact, i don´t have any of these keys

does anyone know where i can get these keys?

i think this only works for ati-cards
