i got a problem when i want to play SoldiersOfFortune 2

ive got a

Model : NVIDIA RIVA TNT2 Model 64/Model 64 Pro
Chipset : RIVA TNT2 Model 64/Model 64 Pro

(bit old, but it runs OpenGL)

well, when i start SOF 2

there comes an error:

OpenGL Initialization Failure

i downloaded the latest video drivers on NVIDIA

but the program says it cant find hardware to drive on and shuts down.

now what do i have to do now???

glsetup.com i tried but the link doesn’t work

I guess this is one of the cases where the PCI identifiers of your card dont match the ones in Nvidias drivers.

You should try the omegadrivers at www.omegadrivers.net which are based on Nvidias offical drivers but support a much larger range of PCI identifiers.

And before you ask, even if its a AGP card, it still has PCI identifiers because AGP is just a “special” PCI bus.
