Opengl and laptop graphics cards

I’m trying to decide on a laptop graphics card. The DELL’s have either a ATI Mobility or a Geforce2Go.

Which is better? They both can have upto 32Mb of RAM.
Should I even bother with doing Opengl on a laptop?

I do not know which one is better but general speaking has nvidia better drivers than ATI.
