OpenGL problems with Windows XP

Specs:

Windows XP Home Edition
NVIDIA Geforce MX 4000 64mb (66.93 drivers from NVIDIA.COM)
DirectX 9.0c
AMD Athlon Processor, MMX, 3Dnow, 1.0GHz

I tried NVIDIA.com to find OpenGL drivers. I downloaded the Ver.66.93 driver set and still cannot run games on my pc that require OpenGL. As far as I can tell there is no existence of OpenGL anywhere on my pc. Am I doing something wrong or is there another place I need to find my drivers?

This driver does provide opengl support. Sure to have installed it correctly ?
Try to run GlInfo and post what it reports. There should be ‘Nvidia’ as driver vendor.

Which games are concerned ? Beware, GF 4 mx is less than a GF 2.

The only game I have had problems with so far is Neverwinter Nights. But I just bought about 100 PC games off a friend and I don’t want to take the time to install all the games I want just to find out that they won’t run. The odd part is, it appears that GLinfo is reporting that I have the drivers, but the game is saying that I don’t.

Also, as suggested by another forum i asked on, I just got done downloading the 61.77 version of the NVIDIA Drivers because supposedly the 66.93 version does not support OpenGL even though it claims to and the 61.77 drivers would fix this, they didn’t, heres the GL info report:

When a game says GL is not supported, it isn’t always correct. Try to found out if there is a patch for this game.
