I have noticed that Quake3 and Return to Castle Wolfenstein run very choppy under windows xp, (where as under Window 98 it games ran very smooth). I have a geforce3 card, and noticed that if i set Gl Extension to off, the games run very smooth again. What are Gl Extensions, do they increase the visual quality?
