GLsetup does strange things to my system

For your amusement, here are my system specs:
CPU: Intel Pentium 233MHz MMX
RAM: 128 MB
OS: Windows 98 SE
Video: ATI Rage Pro 8 MB PCI (also built-in S3 Trio64V2 on motherboard, disabled)

I ran GLsetup, and it appeared to detect my card correctly and install the drivers. However, on the restart windows seemed to boot up but no display was shown on the monitor. I restarted in safe mode, and the display adapter shown in device manager is an XPERT@WORK PCI or something.

Am I doing something wrong, or should I report this as a bug to glsetup.com?

How can I install OpenGL drivers manually, bearing in mind that I am a novice when it comes to this sort of thing?

Thanks,
