ProteinWorkshop is a new free scientific visualization tool for proteins at the PDB (www.pdb.org), utilizing OpenGL through Jogl. It is aimed at producing publication quality images, as well as at education. The Molecular Biology Toolkit (mbt.sdsc.edu) was used as a starting point for this viewer.
