Planet Quest is an OpenGL API-based screensaver that simulates nebulae, galaxies, stars, suns, comets, asteroids, moons, planetary rings and even the occasional supernova. The new v4.0 uses 100% real-time procedural generation of geometry and textures that are rendered using the OpenGL API to create appealing space visuals that never repeat and are constantly changing.
